How deposits work
Next: get deposit address
- After you choose a coin and network, we generate your deposit address. You can deposit to it more than once.
- Once the network confirms the transfer, the funds are credited to your account balance automatically.
- Only send the selected coin. Other coins sent to this address (for example TRX to a USDT address) cannot be recovered.
- Always use the same network on the sending platform. A wrong network means the funds cannot be credited.
- If a deposit has not arrived after 30 minutes, check its progress in Deposit history or contact support with the TxID.
